After a succesfful enogral 4x4x48 Goggins Challenge we decided it needs to happen again. This is an endurance event popularized by David Goggins, a retired Navy SEAL and ultramarathon runner. The challenge involves running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. Here’s a breakdown of the challenge:
1. *Duration*: 48 hours
2. *Frequency*: Every 4 hours
3. *Distance per run*: 4 miles (6.4km)
4. *Total distance*: 48 miles (76.8km)
The challenge tests both physical and mental endurance, as participants must manage sleep deprivation, fatigue, and the physical toll of running multiple times with limited rest. It’s often undertaken to raise awareness or funds for charitable causes, but many also do it for personal achievement and testing their limits.
